Poruch Terms of Use

Poruch is a mobile app for discovering places in Ukrainian cities through a swipe mechanic. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

The app is intended for people aged 16 and over. By using Poruch you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that the information you provide at sign-in is accurate.

2. Account

You sign in via Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity performed under it. Report any unauthorized access to sweyve.mobile@gmail.com.

3. Subscription and payment

Poruch offers a paid “Мандрівник PRO” subscription with a free trial period.

  • Payment is processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. We never receive your card details.
  • After the free trial ends, the subscription price is charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
  • The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Deleting your Poruch account does not cancel the subscription automatically — you must cancel it separately in the app store.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Prices and the set of PRO features may change; we will give advance notice of changes in the app.

4. User content

Poruch lets you suggest places and add photos, descriptions, ratings, and notes.

  • You warrant that you own the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
  • By uploading content, you grant Poruch a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use it as needed to operate the app.
  • You may not upload unlawful, offensive, misleading content, spam, or material that violates others’ rights.
  • We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

5. Acceptable use

When using Poruch, you agree not to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app’s systems;
  • scrape data, overload the service, or interfere with its operation;
  • impersonate others or mislead other users.

6. Place information

Place data (addresses, opening hours, photos, descriptions) is provided “as is” and may be inaccurate or outdated. We recommend verifying details before visiting. Poruch is not responsible for third-party venues or their services.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Poruch is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time via “Профіль → Видалити акаунт”. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. You will see a notice in the app for material changes. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
